!Arizona Cosplay Picnic! So, based off of the last post I made, I can see that people are very interested in having a cosplay picnic!  And that's good news!  I'm really happy to know that this most likely will be something that can happen during con down time. I know there have been a lot of questions regarding the picnic, so I will address them here. When and where would it be?
